  • Gross monthly income must be 3x or more the monthly rent
  • Applicants must have a favorable credit history
  • Applicants must furnish acceptable proof of the required income
  • Applicants must have good references concerning timely payments, housekeeping, property maintenance from previous landlord

The application fee is $50 – non refundable
