Since 2004, Jennifer Hillis and Brock Realty have been a dynamic part of dozens of real estate
renovations, residential and commercial rentals, and interior design projects throughout the region.
Jennifer’s passion for refurbishing something dated and giving it a beautiful new life is what drives
her to make older properties look new again while re-energizing and improving the neighborhood.

Growing up in a low socio-economic neighborhood herself has kept Jennifer grounded in her mission
to assist people in difficult financial situations.
Jennifer has served on the board for Lauren’s Hope Foundation with State Representative Ann Flood,
the board of Firth Youth Center to help underprivileged children in Phillipsburg, NJ, and she has had
strong involvement with local clubs and organizations involving her children.
With more than 25 years of combined experience in HR operations, commercial real estate management, and childcare facility management, Tricia is a dedicated professional known for her passion for helping others.
Over 20 years’ experience in construction management and building renovations with exceptional leadership and problem solving skills.
